Candy making

[edit]

Since candy making is confectionary it should be a link in HR first paragraph as a lot of the history of confectionery is on the candy making page rather than it just being a link at the bottom of the page Sharnadd (talk) 09:49, 18 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Many articles have links in the body of the article as well a in the see also page Sharnadd (talk) 10:51, 18 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Should candy making be removed from the see also link and linked into the main body as the page is referring to the making of confectionery Sharnadd (talk) 07:50, 19 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I suppose that you want to add that "candy making" is another term for "confectionery" like your recent additions to this article? Let's wait and see the result of the discussion at Talk:Candy making. Sjö (talk) 09:32, 19 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
do you mean am I asking if its better to have the link to candy making in the main body of the article rather than the see also as that page refers to making Confectionery Sharnadd (talk) 09:37, 19 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Your reply is confusing. Your non-use of punctuation and your reference to "that page" without saying if you mean Confectionery or Candy making means that I can't answer whatever the question is supposed to be. So I'll state my opinion: There must be no text that says that confectionery is called candy making in the USA. Also, that you should wait for the result of the discussion at Talk:Candy making before you make any edits to Confectionery that suggests that "candy making" is a term that means "confectionery".
